  • Rates are valid for groups/events of a minimum of 10 rooms, and the discount is calculated on the best available rate of the day.
  • Discounts relating to promotional periods cannot be combined.
  • Rates include a full buffet breakfast and 10% VAT, except for the Teatro Luxury Apartments in Florence, for which the rate does not include breakfast.
  • The city tax is excluded.
  • The rates indicated in the estimate do not include the discretionary contribution of 5% in favor of the employee, applicable to room rates or room and meeting room rates.
  • Rates are reserved for a limited room quota and will be reconfirmed based on the booking/request order.
  • Once the quota is exhausted, we will offer the best conditions available at the time of the request.
  • The promotion is not valid during fairs, conferences, and city events, or for events already confirmed and contracted.
  • The promotion is valid for requests received by March 31, 2026.
